楼主手好巧,还会自己做装饰...这种虾吃起来有点麻烦,而且太少了...换成虾仁会不会更好吃?

看起来好味道啊,我试过四川的做法和安徽的做法,好像四川的有用油炸得久点,肉有些老了,安徽的做法是煮6成熟后在用油和调味料浸熟,所以虾肉鲜嫩多了。

用芝士做的确很少见,我吃过的大多数都是用香辣味的。肠子还是抽掉好,有泥味。

估计很贵吧,而且做工好像挺复杂的!
不错,色香味美,看起来很能让人流口水,但是用料的话应该不少钱吧!

芝士我喜欢啊 不过烧龙虾还是没吃过的 只吃过爆炒龙虾的 这样看上去有点中西合璧的味道 不错不错

过去在农村的田埂边和小池塘里到处都是横霸道的龙虾!不知道是谁发明了十三香龙虾这道美味价廉的小菜!以至现在有许多农民靠抓捕龙虾而发了财呢!

既然用芝士了,建议楼主做的更细致些!烧熟龙虾后放上芝士,在放入烤箱烤几分钟
