浓油赤酱红烧狮子头
明天就周一了,又要上班了,上班的日子不想多花时间烧饭,今天把明天的菜给做了。弄了点肉糜做狮子头,又好吃又耐放,两天可以不用烧荤菜了。

介绍一下我的狮子头流程。3fF| vn;e
1、肉馅加作料拌匀,我为了使狮子头吃起来鲜嫩,在肉馅里除了加基本的调料盐、味精和料酒。还打入两个鸡蛋,拌上生粉两调羹。

2、特别加入剁碎的荸荠,让肉馅更嫩滑。

3、将拌匀的肉馅做成直径五公分左右的肉圆,下油锅开中小火炸制6MHnKn.g^

4、将炸好的肉圆放炒锅里,倒入适量水,水位浸没肉圆四分之三就行,倒入料酒,酱油,加糖后红烧
