[size=4]别个的原名是——白兰地薄脆。因为偷懒没有去买白兰地,用朋友带的黑牌代替了,所以干脆用个朴素的名字——芝麻薄脆。 [/size]

[size=4]3,低粉筛入,混合均匀,加入溶化后稍放凉的酥油,再次混合均匀,不可过度搅拌,以免面粉出筋。烤箱预热180度。用小勺将面糊一点点舀到铺了油布的烤盘上,要留出足够大的间隔,否则烤好的薄脆会粘成一团。[/size](?*iO7M8MN
