清口的凉菜--------凉皮:)
[size=4][color=#0000ff]最近天热了,孩子不愿意吃饭,在我的指导下,老婆照着论坛上做了[/color][/size][size=4][color=#0000ff]凉皮,虽然是第一次做凉皮,不敢贸然动手。但论坛上的[/color][/size][size=4][color=#0000ff]老师解说详细啊,于是就大着胆子来试着做一回吧。没有想到还真做成了,在这里奉献给各位,希望能事业去一丝清凉:))[/color][/size]4B/twZnYc A ~"l

九、[size=4][color=#0000ff]这张凉皮上有明显的泡,估计是火太大了,后来改小些火蒸,就比较平整了。这些都是老婆做时总结出来的经验哦。[/color][/size]nq~U X ~ d

十一、[size=4][color=#0000ff]将凉皮一张切成四块扇形,再改切成长条。切点萍乡腊肉丝、紫苏丝,再撕些葱丝,加入生抽、蒸鱼豉油、麻油、白糖、辣椒油拌匀,旁边摆上几个紫苏芯就可以开吃了。-X!?3z]M7v+G{3dW
吃着用泉水冰凉过的凉皮,比用冰箱冰镇过的还要舒心,虽然冷却不冰,冷度恰到好处。而且香辣开胃,冰凉爽口,是夏天的开胃小吃。[size=2] [/size][/color][/size]
