泡了半天的红皮花生米(补血哦)、小碗里是剁碎了的郫县豆瓣、生姜片、花椒、大蒜、八角、山奈(切碎) 另外还有忘记照的白糖和料酒。

五、猪蹄炒好后倒高压锅里,炒锅另外放少许菜油,待油烫时放豆瓣进去炒香然后倒在高压锅猪蹄里拌匀,花生米和泡的水也倒进高压锅里拌匀然后倒料酒调味放盐(少放 豆瓣咸)

六、盖上高压锅中火偏小压40分钟左右,视个人口味定时间、开盖后如果水还多就开大火收水(要搅动注意防止糊) 压的时候满屋飘香

谢谢分享 ,我之前只听说过猪蹄炖黄豆 ,今天怎么弄花生了呢 ,花生不去皮有个不好点,就是汤变色
