冬季滋补清炖羊肉(图解)
昨晚买了一根小羊腿,是什么白山羊,连皮一起炖了。

原料:羊腿一根,斩件,最好叫卖肉的斩的大块一点。土豆两个,青萝卜一条,胡萝卜两条,葱白一截,酱一块,花椒适量。u

羊腿过开水捞入汤褒,加适量的水,加入花椒适量(怕吃花椒的可以用纱布包起来),花椒能很好的去除羊肉的腥味,大火加热。+`
