香口牛肉酥
材料:现成酥皮,牛肉,葱粒,洋葱粒,盐,糖,生粉,牛油,蛋黄,芝蔴.}#DJ-~I0@:M

制法:把买现成酥皮用扦面滚輪压成薄圆面块(不懂弄酥皮, 买的方便, 手不用沾呼呼的..hehe!)。在一边放入一大匙牛肉馅,再叠合口成半月形,口边刷上少许蛋黃,然后稍微压紧,再扭上花纹即成酥饼. 放进预热375度烤箱烘焙25分钟.拿出趁热刷些蛋黃与洒些芝蔴再入烤箱烤5分钟即成.

牛肉馅:牛肉打碎,放小葱粒,洋葱粒,盐,糖,生粉拌匀半小时,在将烤时加些牛油.
